Yeah this aiport will be closing in less then 25 years. When they close the runway they are planning on closing that means the NAVCanada devices will need to be relocated and also saying upgraded. Why in the hell would NAV Canada spend millions to upgrade their devices to an airport that is closing? Yeah aint going to happen so it will close sooner and who will be the scapegoat? Not the city, NAVCanada. Well played City of Edmononton, well played :)</description>

That area is RIPE for urban renewal. Throw down some mixed-use commercial/residential property (high-rise, of course), some green space...oh yeah. That would do wonders for the city. Think of all the positive foot traffic that kind of project could create.</description>
