Kind of a need little test of your knowledge of Europe. It’s little test on the Lufthansa website. 5 questions per section, 3 sections. In the first, there’s a map of Europe with all the borders, and all the destinations Lufthansa goes to from North America marked with dots. You get eight seconds for each of the 5 questions to pick the right dot, 1000 for getting it dead bang. If you’re off, the distance you’re off by affects what your score is, with it ‘counting down’ from the full 1000. 2nd section, they remove the dots. Mark where you think the city is, and you get 6 seconds each time. 2000 points for getting it dead on, and, again, if you miss, the distance missed by affects your score. 3rd section, no city markers, and they remove all the national borders…it’s just Europe with no visible divisions. 6 seconds per, 3000 points for a dead on (which, miraculously, I have managed to do twice…thank you WW2 History!). And, yet again, the more you’re off, the fewer points you get. Anyway, try it here.
Anyway, I finished in 104,518th place. Yes, that’s pitiful, but I defy you to beat it (that was with 25,915 points, by the way).
